I hope that you will enjoy looking at my creations as much as I have enjoyed crafting them.

I have been a foodie all my life – and after school, not really knowing what I should do with my life – I decided to become a chef, since I love food.
After completing a three-year chef-course in Germany, at Hotel am Münster in Breisach am Rhein, I decided that desserts and cakes are even better than deliciously prepared food.

I fast-tracked another three-year course, this time in confectionery, at Confiserie / Chocolaterie Jamin in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, to become a qualified pastry chef as well.

Since returning to Namibia, I have been based in Windhoek, devoting myself to creating mouth-watering masterpieces for weddings and events throughout the country, with the help of my team.

I believe that taste should never be compromised; hence the quality of my products starts with my ingredients. Everything gets baked / made from scratch, using fresh cream, real butter, quality chocolate and a variety of tree nuts.

In 2016, I scaled down my business to concentrate mainly on luxury wedding and event cakes, which have always been my biggest passion.

I continue to enjoy making a tantalising spread for various markets when availability allows, as well as creating dessert buffets that wow!

My cake-education and the pursuit of new skills will never end.
I take great pride in the perfect execution of delicious show pieces.
